Using Hicarl
Hicarl is a personal project built by Hafiz, offering a personal website, everyday tools, games, project status, and account features. These terms apply to hicarl.dev and Hicarl features that link to them. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.
Your responsibilities
- Use Hicarl lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
- Do not attempt to access another person’s account or data, bypass security controls, distribute malicious content, or disrupt the service.
- Only submit information or files you are entitled to use. Check tool outputs before relying on them, and keep backups of important work.
Accounts and Private Space
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Private Space uses a separate vault passphrase and recovery key. Keep these and your authenticator backups secure. Hicarl cannot recover encrypted vault contents if you lose the necessary credentials. The vault is a personal project, not an independently audited password manager; maintain your own secure backups.
Your content and our work
You retain rights to information and files you provide. You permit Hicarl to process and store them only as needed to deliver the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Hicarl’s branding, design, and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their own licenses.
Availability and third-party services
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Tools and games are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free results, or suitability for a particular purpose. Linked websites and third-party services operate under their own terms. Project status information is informational and is not an uptime guarantee.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hicarl and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or profits, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Ending access
You may stop using Hicarl at any time and request account deletion by emailing mhafizh.work@gmail.com. Access may be restricted or suspended to address misuse, security threats, or legal obligations. Export or retain your important information before requesting deletion.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The date above identifies the latest revision. For questions about these terms or help with Hicarl, contact mhafizh.work@gmail.com.
